RESIDENTS: Pool/Tennis entry - Bluetooth system effective 6/1/23
1. For access, you MUST submit an email application 7 days prior to needing access. Please don't submit an email and expect to gain immediate entry. This process is the same for the Pool, Tennis, and Pickleball.
2. Access may not be shared. Each resident, ages 14 & above, needs their own access, or must be physically accompanied by someone who does. Guests & children (13 & under) must be accompanied by a resident at all times. In other words, you cannot open the gate then leave.
3. Email [email protected] with your address in the subject line. In the body of the email, include the name, email address, and cell number for each person (ages 14 and above) who needs access. Include dates of birth for anyone aged 14-17.
4. Watch for an email from MyQCommunity.com with login instructions, and download the My Community App.
5.. You must be in good standing to use Avington amenities. If your HOA account is delinquent or becomes delinquent, your access will be temporarily suspended until you are back in good standing.
6. HOW TO USE: Ensure your Bluetooth is turned on and your location settings are enabled. Andriod users, enable location settings for the MyQCommunity app. Once you approach the gate, open the app. Hold your phone close to the keypad. Touch and hold Pool or Tennis, and the gate will unlock.
RESIDENTS: Reserve Pickleball/Tennis Courts by signing up with our community wide online booking system, Reserve My Court (RMC) at www.reservemycourt.com. You must use this reservation system to reserve a court.
RESIDENTS: You MUST request approval for ALL work to the exterior of your home before you begin (This includes landscaping, fences, exterior painting, tree removal, satellite dishes, outdoor decor, etc. If a neighbor can see it, it needs to be approved.) Plan ahead! Allow up to 30 days for approval and do not begin work until you receive approval. Go to the "Helpful Info" menu to the right (if you can't see it, be sure you're logged in), then click on "Architectural & Landscaping Request" for more information.
